How do I arrange for repair of equipment that is out of warranty?

Start by contacting Technical Support Department at (407)296-5800 or support@alcorn.com to discuss your situation with our technicians. If they can't address the problem remotely, they will issue you an RMA. Our rates are $75/hour for labor plus material costs and shipping to and from your location.
