Can I Play Video from a DVM7400 to a PC Monitor?

The DVM-7400 composite output will only output standard definition NTSC (720x480 interlaced) or PAL (720x576 interlaced) video. The DVM-7400 Pro Video options (/R, /P) will output component 720x480 (progressive) or PAL (720x576 progressive) video. It's possible to find a PC monitor that will accept these type of video signals, but most PC monitors only support VESA video standards (640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, etc.).  For the display to work properly, it must be able to accept one of the following signal types: 480i, 480p, 576i, 576p.
