Is there a limit to how large my video files can be to play in the Binloop HD/Digital Video Machine HD (Model 8400HD)?

Yes, and no.  The Binloop HD reproducers/DV8400HD use the FAT32 file system, which has a maximum file size of 4GB.  This means you cannot directly play a file larger than 4GB in the Binloop HD/DVM8400HD.  However, you can divide this file into several 'chunks' using a file splitting program.  As long as those chunks are named properly, the reproducer will treat them as if they were one single file.  No need to use the Play Next command.  See the Media Files section of the Binloop HD/DVM8400HD manual for details.
