In the Binloop, the audio sample rate of the video file AND the Binloop must match.  If they do not, audio does not play at the correct rate.  This results in a severe loss of A/V sync, and possibility glitching in the video.  The solution is to configure the Binloop to the same sample rate as the video files.  All video files must therefore be encoded with the same sample rate.
