Why does the V16 Pro/V4 Pro have 2 Ethernet ports?

This was originally generated by a customer request in order to provide 2 completely separate networks in the show controller.  One network could be used for programming/monitoring of the show while the other port could be used for control of devices.  Alternatively, one port could be used for local device control while the other is used for remote device control.

The ports are completely flexible; it is up to the programmer/system designer to determine how they want to use the ports!
