FTP isn't working. A connection is made, but files aren't listed.

If the DNS server is not configured properly, transferring files via FTP will not work. If you don't need to resolve domain names, such as an NTP server address, then you can set the DNS server to 127.0.0.1(the factory default). DNS can be configured from the front panel LCD menu, under "Nameserver".
