You need access to the dvm.ini file in the os directory. In there, add the following two lines: AudioMasterMode=2 StreamType=10 Or change them, if they already exist to the settings above. If you want to go back to standard mode, change them to: AudioMasterMode=0 StreamType=40 This mode has been shown to improve A/V sync and multi-unit sync for certain types of video on the DVM2. The service release mode makes the DVM2 treat the video a little bit differently. For example, instead of letting the audio stream and video stream free run, it forces them to stay together by manipulating the video stream. It essentially makes the video stream's clock track the audio stream's clock. You need to reboot the unit after changing the dvm.ini file.
