Need to return a product? We have a 5-year (yes, 5 years!) warranty on our products. If your product is not functioning properly we will repair or replace it at no charge. If you want to return something you no longer need, we will be happy to provide an account credit (less restocking fee). Not sure if your product is still under warranty? No worries, just complete the attached form and email it back to [email protected] (or fax to 407-296-5801) and a support team member will follow up with you.
