Our Sales Engineers have a unique blend of technical expertise, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. This role is about being a trusted partner to both our team and our clients – someone who understands the challenges they’re trying to solve, speaks their technical language, and provides exceptional support every step of the way. You’ll have the opportunity to build strong, lasting relationships, tackle complex challenges, play a key role in bringing world-class attractions to life, and have some fun.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Build relationships
  • Serve as a technical advocate and primary point of contact
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and support teams
  • Help ensure our solutions are implemented smoothly and successfully
  • Have to have a sense of humor


A few other things to know:

  • It’s helpful if you have hands-on experience with products most often used in attraction A/V systems (like ours!).
  • This position is based out of our Orlando HQ (in-office position with occasional travel to trade shows, events, and customer sites)
