Our products are backed by a 5-year warranty and we make every effort to engineer for backwards compatibility when a product is retired. If a product has been retired, or is out of warranty, or has been acquired second or third hand (purchased on eBay!), we may need to limit the level of support allotted to your situation. We have User Guides (see below), a FAQ Knowledge Base, and other written support materials on our website, and we may refer you to these as a primary source of support.
