We’re proud to offer outstanding service and we make every effort to address all requests for technical support, regardless of product age.  We know you’ve had our gear in use for decades!  Our products are backed by a 5-year warranty and we make every effort to engineer for backward compatibility when a product is retired. If a product has been retired, or is out of warranty, or has been acquired second or third hand (purchased on eBay!), we may need to limit the level of support allotted to your situation.  We have User Guides (see below), a FAQ Knowledge Base, and other written support materials on our website, and we may refer you to these as a primary source of support.  We also have a broad product line with the current equipment that can most likely fill the requirement of your obsolete piece.  Updating your equipment may be the best solution to your support situation.
